What is the minimum order quantity?+
We supply from a single sheet to full truck-loads. There is no imposed minimum — call us with your requirement and we will confirm if it is practical from our current stock.
Do you provide mill-test certificates?+
Yes. A Tata mill-test certificate is included with every despatch, at no extra cost. It is issued by the mill, not by us, and covers heat number, chemical composition, and mechanical properties.
Which cities do you deliver to?+
We despatch pan-India via tied carriers — strongest service in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, with regular movements to Maharashtra, Gujarat and the National Capital Region. Call us for any specific destination and we'll confirm freight and lead-time.
Can I get a credit line?+
Credit terms are available for established businesses with a trading history. Please request a quote, allow our team to check stock and price, and mention your interest in a credit line — our accounts team will follow up.
How do I become an authorised reseller?+
We work with sub-distributors and stockists across the region. Contact us with your location, product interest and approximate monthly volume and we will set up a call with our regional sales manager.
